Hey what's going on!
I have a few questions for you about working out. Is it better to work out the entire body for 3-4 days or work out each muscle group for the whole week? My friend takes like protein shake stuff so we were just thinking which would be better.

 

Ok about working out, just depends on your goal and what you want to achieve.. some programs are more efficient for fat loss, and some work outs are better for muscle gain and so forth so it all depends on your goal.  Though it's good to always change up your work out every 4-8 weeks, so the body doesn't adapt and keeps making progress.
 
Quality nutrition is more important than anything, so if your going to eat McDonalds and take vitamins your not going to go to far, though if you eat higher quality food and take vitamins you will get leaps and bounds ahead.
 
So eating organic food is ideal.. taking a protein shake can be good for an additional protein source though in no way is it better then eating high quality protein such as meat, chicken, turkey, and fish and so on.
 
Protein shakes there are many low quality protein shakes out there along with all the other low quality supplement brands out there.  though the best quality protein shakes that I have found are Living Fuel's protein and there Berry or Greens Meal replacement which is all Organic and is the highest quality stuff out there.  Jay Robb's Protein powder would be the next best option and it has a extremely delicious taste to it.
 
remember it's about quality nutrients so if you buy cheap protein powders and put low quality junk in your body well that is what it's going to be operating on and looking like.. the fuel and nutrients you put into your body ultimately is what makes you.
