Thank you Scott White –
from the bottom of my heat – you are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!
Being physically active and in shape has
always been a part of my life. Building and maintaining a beautifully shaped
and well-toned body requires dedication to a regimen of cardiovascular
exercise and weight training; along with compliance to a healthy diet.
I began to find my workouts
not only became boring and mundane, but I found myself having to work harder
in order to achieve the same goals. It was becoming tougher to stay in shape
and I wasn't progressing in my training. I had also recently injured my
tailbone and the pain inhibited my workouts for a long enough time that my
physique suffered. For the first time, I decided to seek out a personal
trainer and Nutritionist. Given I had always trained myself with good
results my criteria for a trainer was strict and the shoes looked like they
were going to be very difficult to fill! I was very surprised and extremely
thankful when I found Scott White!!!! The timing could have not have been
better, I was coming up on my national qualifier fitness competitions…and
was not NEARLY ready. Scott took charge without hesitation, took the
challenge, and was there for my every question.
Scott takes pride in every client he
trains. He's fully vested in your success and pushes even the most avid and
knowledgeable fitness buff to levels they thought were unattainable. His
experience and vast knowledge enables him to put together a personalized
program. He balances the right amount of weight training, cardio exercise,
nutrition, and diet; tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.
If you are new to
fitness or you're a serious athlete or long-term fitness advocate who has
trained on their own for years, a workout plan and diet will be challenging,
yet rewarding. Scott’s approach is intimidating, challenging, yet fresh and
exciting. I was nervous at first but the results were fast and amazing! I
felt better, cleaner, and more fit in one week! Scott had my diet so clean
that my body was glowing. My results are no longer just good, they're
Scott listened to me,
helped me, and pushed me in the most knowledgeable way…he helped me get in
phenomenal shape and gave me the confidence to get up on stage and strut my
stuff! Scott White lives what he teaches. You can trust him to get you in
the shape you want, whatever that is. Since Scott practices what he
preaches…DO what he says and…It works EVERY TIME. Since Scott lives the way he trains us, he can answer any question
with backing that he firmly believes in because he does it himself! Trust
him, believe in him, and he will help you concur any fitness goal – any goal
you have to making yourself look and feel better.
Scott gave me a list of good, acceptable
foods and let me know what I needed to eat when. The best part was how easy
it was to follow. I didn't have to worry about counting calories or grams of
protein or anything like that. (Scott did it all!!)
Now that my
competition is done and over with I have a greater knowledge of my body,
training and nutrition. I have Scott to thank for that. Even now, that I
consider myself more knowledgeable, I still wish to rely on Scott’s plan and
know how as my base top get me back on track!
Thanks you Scott White
– I could have not done this without you! You were a dream come true when I
could not see the light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you Scott White –
You were there for me when I had a question, concern, or just needed to vent
about my troubles with the challenge of getting into the BEST shape of my
life – THANK YOU! My FIRST PLACE trophy not only belongs to me but it
belongs to you as well!

Before I met
Scott White, I'd never given much thought to exercise, training, fitness, or my
eating habits. During my initial consultation with him, Scott alluded to the
fact that my life could change, if I wanted it to. Wow - was that an
The simple fact is that I've done the work that's gotten me to this point
- but I never would have done it if it hadn't been for Scott. Someone recently
asked me if I couldn't have accomplished the same results without him. Could
have? Sure. Would have? Never.
Scott is a fantastic trainer for lots of reasons, the most important being his
infectious enthusiasm and support. He taught me that fitness isn't impossible,
or even all that difficult - and the more results I see, the more encouraged I
am to keep going. Scott is a genius at keeping the exercises different and
interesting. He knows exactly how to challenge me without making the exercises
so difficult that I want to quit. With Scott, the stair-stepper has become my
buddy! OK, not really - but I don't loathe it anymore, either. My
stamina has greatly improved; I am now jogging about 4 miles, regularly; I fit
into sizes I haven't worn since the mid-90s; and every aspect of my life is
If you've ever thought about working with a trainer - hire someone who knows
anatomy and physiology, someone who reads every diet and fitness-related book he
can get his hands on, someone who will personalize your workout to work for you.
Scott White is that kind of trainer!
I would also like to give tons of credit to one of the greatest
trainers ever, Scott White for helping me train, diet, and letting
me borrow his shoulder at anytime needed for the preparations of
many of my competitions-including this last one to Miami. The man
def. knows his stuff and pushes you to do what he knows is in you to
do without ever letting you give up! You may at those times want to
punch& scream at him but in the end your shaking his hand thanking
him for pushing you to your limit and that's when you know you have
the best trainer. My props go out to Mr. White for putting up with
me all those times...(LOL)...
Prior to working with Scott, I would rather eat rocks than exercise. With
my desire for more energy and physical strength, I surrendered to the fact I
needed a physical regimen. I could not have chosen a better trainer.
Scott's patience is incredible. He knows how to work with each client.
He not only works with people physically, he instills the desire to
eat nutritiously, drink water and rest. He told me why from the
physiological perspective, which sold me on overall good health. Scott
walks his talk. He doesn't buy into the fads and get-in-shape quick
schemes. I went from size 6 back to my size 4 suits in two and a half
months. Exercise and good health are now part of my daily activities.
Thank you Scott for your commitment to excellence.
What can I say besides. thank you. Thank you for giving your time, your
kindness, your motivation, and your belief in me. You have pushed me past my
limits, my breaking points, and everything I thought I couldn't do. You have
taken the time to encourage and support my career in modeling and given
so much more of yourself than I could have ever come close to expecting.
You are not only an excellent personal trainer but, you are a dear friend who
offers unconditional enthusiasm when it comes to any dream, any opportunity,
or even any simple thought. You selflessly help others accomplish their
goals and their ambitions. You are a rare man that adds a little something
special to every situation and I feel lucky to have you in my life. You have
proven to be anything but a hypocrite. You practice what you preach by
carrying yourself in good health and well-being. You are educated on how the
body works and why, diet and nutrition, and the effects of the mind. You have
given me results. not results that you think I should obtain but, the results
that I wanted. You listened to me, to what I felt was important and what my
concerns were making me feel comfortable all the while. You are a true
professional and a gentleman that I can count on. If I ever have a question,
no matter how stupid I may think it is, you are always willing and able to
deliver. There are so many reasons that you stand apart from other health
professionals and for that I am truly grateful. You have enhanced my life and
I feel very blessed! Thank you
I truly appreciate the enormous level of concern and interest Scott White offers
during his training sessions. He is an incredible young man with many gifts, not
the least of which are his infectious intensity and enthusiasm. As my trainer,
he is an enormous asset. Words like wholesome, good-hearted, genuinely
concerned, athletic, friendly, intelligent, sincere, and a great sense of humor
all seem to describe Scott’s many gifts. He continues to amaze me. For nearly
six months, Scott has helped me work to accomplish so much: 30+ pounds of weigh
lost, courage to breach the “gym arena,” vastly modified eating habits, and a
substantial knowledge about exercise that will carry me into the future.
Additionally, my blood pressure and cholesterol levels are down, and I now need
only half the medication I used to take. I so very much appreciate how much
knowledge and support Scott has shared with me. I am moving on now, but I could
not have made all the progress I did without him. I will miss him greatly.
I lost 20LBS of fat!
I increased My Bench Press From 130lbs to 200lbs!
The increased Strength Helped me play better golf.

"Scott White is the most thorough trainer I've ever met! He is innovative and is
constantly trying to improve and change the way people approach fitness. He

Training with Scott has been an enlightening experience. Scott has
educated me in regards to what I should eat and when to eat it. I've taken
this discipline approach and made it into a daily routine. I feel much
better with lots more energy. I've also learned more exercises as well as
proper technique. I feel better, look better and have the information to
continue on the road to success.

Thanks again for all
you've done. You've opened my eyes to how I was fueling my body with junk
and showed me how to eat healthy.
Thanks for your article, "Tips for Mastering
Visualization Techniques". Although I have books on visualization, I was
always confused about whether I should visualize in 1st person or third person,
and you answered my question. I also have a hard time seeing images in my minds
eye, and your tips gave me some things to work on. Thanks again and keep up the
I would like to
thank Scott very much for his help and support on my journey with my
competitions preparation this year 2008.He is an amazing trainer, very
patient and loyal and without him I would've not been able to win my first
place ever at WFF for sports model category, thank you Scott
“Sometimes those who
have given us the most are the very ones we fail to thank”.
I would like to take
this opportunity to thank Scott White not only for what he has taught me but for
the mountains he has helped me to climb and conquer.
With every workout
session Scott reminded me that the body is a fine tuned machine each day
reinforcing the importance of a well balanced life style. He proved to be
extremely knowledgeable in what he does which was demonstrated by the results I
It was at my highest
weight and most unhealthy time in my life that I came to Scott. I saw myself
and my life in a down hill out of control spiral if I continued to sit back and
do nothing. With my pride left behind I freely and willingly entrusted Scott
with the job of getting me back on track. I truly believe that a person’s
health is both inner and outer, and I can say with certainty that Scott cared
for the health of both my inner and outer person. With Scott at my side
encouraging me to eat right, rest right, exercise right, essentially helping me,
give my body all that it needs to perform, I watched as I faded from a size
10/12 to a size 5/6. For Scott our sessions were more than just training the
body to look better, it was about lifting me up and encouraging me to be a
better person, the gym was just my starting line. At the end of the day I
walked away from Scott not just looking better on the outside but also feeling
better on the inside, a result that only seemed like a dream not that long ago.
Life is not about being the first to cross the finish line, but more important
the steps you took and the bridges you crossed that got you there. I hope that
my story will encourage you to the task that makes you go beyond yourself; after
all you can’t put a price on life
I Just wanted to say a quick thank you for taking time out of your busy
schedual to help me become a fitness trainer. I really appreciate it,
Hi my name is Kim Smith and I found Scott White on the internet in early
June of 2006. I bought the 30 session workout plan and started June 21st.
That was the day my life changed. Scott did an assessment on me, the body
fat, the heart rate, etc. and I did a mild workout that first day. I left
feeling so disgusted with myself. I had always been an active person growing
up, but like all of us we get older and busier and don't find the time to
workout...and that day on June 21st I realized just how inactive and out of
shape I had become. Scott talked to me about nutrition and I left his house
that morning motivated to buy nutritional foods and change my attitude about
foods. While checking out at the counter I reached in to my purse to get my
wallet and saw my pack of cigarettes. I was thoroughly disgusted with myself
now...I walked outside and ripped them up. From that point on I met with
Scott three times a week and never touched a cigarette again. That was 3
months ago yesterday! Today was my last day with Scott and my measurements
have greatly improved. The important thing is I feel great. My body has
changed drastically. I am in my size 2 capri's that I have not worn in 4
years. I am not gonna lie to you, there were days where I complained and
whined and thought oh my God what have I done. By the way I suggest buying
the 30 sessions because you will be forced to come, you have paid and now
you're committed!! I would get mad at Scott and whine that I can't do
another rep, but I could and he knew it! Pushing yourself is when you feel
like you are going to pass out, anything else and you are not giving it your
all! Giving it your all is where you get results and I now realize that all
those years I spent in the gym I thought I was really pushing myself, ha...I
wasn't pushing at all. Personal trainers will make you work and we all know
that anything worth working for is priceless!!
For many years I worked out by myself. During those
years my school of thought was “I know myself the best therefore I know how
to train my body the best”! I thought those who hired personal trainers
were wasting their money and weren’t motivated alone so therefore they hired
a professional cheerleader to motivate them. But after many years of working
out by myself I still didn’t look or feel the way I wanted to. I was
starting to get discouraged, unmotivated and knew I had much more in me that
needed to come out. Then over 3 years ago, I met Scott White and my entire
thought process and life changed. To be honest, at first I was very
reluctant to listen to his ideas or have him train me, because I still knew
me best, but in time I slowly came around. Since then Scott has not only
trained my body but trained my mind as well. Scott has
educated me on a variety of topics including; the harsh chemicals and
preservatives found in our foods, the correct way to read labels, how to
improve my posture, how to make correct food choices, techniques to elevate
stress and how to empower myself to achieve my lifelong goals.
Today, I have a stronger mind and body because I hired
Scott. Scott not only is my trainer but a friend and someone who truly
cares about his clients. I have found more motivation from inside, finished
goals I never finished years prior, reduced my body fat in half and feel
stronger and more vibrant at 33 than 23!!!! Now my school of thought about
a personal trainers goes like this…
I would never work on my car…I’m not a professional
mechanic. I would never try to diagnosis my own symptoms…I’m not a doctor.
I would never try to adjust my own back…I’m not a chiropractor. So why would
I have ever thought I knew how to train myself to achieve optimal health and
performance…I’m not a professional trainer???
Thank You Scott White!!!
Over the past ten weeks, Scott has pushed my body harder than I thought
possible. His program challenged me physically and mentally to take my
health to an uncompromisable level. By working with Scott, I not only
significantly improved my physical condition but acquired life-long fitness
and nutrition habits as well as a new perspective on both what my body
deserves and is capable of achieving.
I don’t put it lightly
when I tell people about you and how you changed my life through exercise
and nutrition. I will be forever grateful. We will work together on a
project for our businesses. I just know it!
Keep in Touch and Stay
Scott is a fantastic trainer. Working with him has helped me reach
my fitness goals as well as live a healthier lifestyle. He has
educated me on how to maintain better food habits and how to keep
looking great. I appreciate all the hard work and effort on his
part for I know I was not the easiest client to manage. Even so, he
came up with a plan that catered to my needs and that would reach
my goals efficiently. His vast amount of knowledge has helped me
understand how my bad habits were hurting me and how to change them
so I can achieve my target body. I would recommend him to anyone
looking for a healthier, fit lifestyle. Keep up the great work
a competitive ballroom dancer, I have no choice but to stay in
great shape. However, I was a little bored with my current
routine and felt I had hit a plateau. To prepare for the United
States Dance Championships, I wanted to take my fitness to
another level. My goals were to get leaner and stronger through
the core of my body so that I could be faster and more precise
with my movement. Scott White came highly recommended to me and I can certainly understand why. He was a perfect fit
for me. Within two weeks I saw major results. What I love the
most about Scott is that he listens to your goals and pays
attention to what your body needs. He pushes you hard, but only
in directions he knows you can go. I
also appreciate that he puts safety
first so injuries are unlikely on his watch (something many
trainers slack on). Scott
gives you his complete attention and the training time flies by
since you’re working so hard. Make no mistake, it’s hard work,
but if you stick with it, you’ll thank yourself (and Scott)
later. My biggest piece of advice for success…..listen to
Scott’s nutrition advice. I attribute a big part of my success
to changes in my diet. I was actually pretty healthy already,
but a few dietary switches made all the difference. Thanks a

Before working out with Scott, I was intimidated and a little chicken by weight lifting but Scott had made it so much fun for me that I conquered it all. He took time to get to know me personally and pushed me to move forward in my workout. He is not only expert in fitness exercises but also in diet and nutrition. He showed me exactly what to eat, how much to eat and how often (I guess, we call it a meal plan J ). During the 9 months training with him, my strength, flexibility, energy and attitude have all improved manifestly. If you have a fitness goal and determination, bring them to Scott and you will be on your way! Thank you, Scott! You’re awesome!
