I discovered from my brother that margarine is one molecule away from plastic so I started using butter.  Even though butter is better in many ways, its one disadvantage is that is not good for high cholesterol which I have.  So I am still using butter but trying to use less of it because my cholesterol went up once I started using it.  I don&#039;t think there is any way of avoiding the cholesterol thing.
