Well it's been awhile since I've checked in with you all, I hope everyone has been doing well. I am phenomenal as usual. Life is treating me good, and I hope it is doing the same for you. I just got back from LA, where I spent some time training a couple new clients who work in the entertainment industry, as well as attending the West Coast NCAA Regional Conference, where a few of my clients were competing in a couple different track and field events to qualify for the Beijing Olympics. The next round will be Nationals and after that it's the Olympics. So hopefully I will be writing you in a couple of months with celebratory news about how they brought back the Gold to the US. I'll put up some pictures next time from the event. Everyone enjoy your week and keep working out!
