I am soooo excited about my training
and so pleased with my personal trainer.
We seem to really "click" from the
beginning. After the first session she
was able to quickly evaluate what level
we needed to start at and my preferences
as to what equipment I preferred and
what my goals are. I prefer to work on
the treadmill and balance ball on my own
time and concentrate more on weight
training with her. The session this last
Saturday was fantastic! She brought
quite a bit of her own equipment.
In fact, it was a good warm-up just
getting it all upstairs! It was a
good 1-hour workout. Really got me
pumped up for the rest of the weekend.
