- In childhood, the causes are
hereditary tendency, social causes, and lack of activity.

in causing obesity. In women, obesity can also occur during pregnancy,
lactation, in infertility, or menopause.

condition, therfore before begining a weight loss program you must
receive clearance from your physician.
Please keep in mind that your aim has be
a reduction in the fat and not the lean tissue of your body. You must
realize that the program will have to be continued lifelong, failing to do
so will result in regaining the lost weight. This is not a quick fix
weight loss scheme, rather it is a lifestyle change, that will include
proper exercise and nutrition.
