What makes a great bodybuilder?   Dedication, desire, drive and genetics.

What are the secrets to become a bodybuilder?   Commitment

What did you do to become a bodybuilder?  Was talked into competing and knew nothing about the sport.

What are the benefits to being a bodybuilder?   Learning about your body, learning about food and how your body reacts to it and working out.

What is your favorite things about being a bodybuilder?  Lifting weights and being able to perform on stage.

What is your secret to bodybuilding?   Consistency

How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?   I work out at the gym.

How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking?   Seems to be in my genetics as well as using a good moisturizer.

What do you believe is good health and fitness?   Staying active and making good food choices.  Taking preventative measures to stay healthy.

Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion?   I tan a little as well as use a lotion when preparing for competition.

First Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding    After my knee injury I started going to the gym for rehab.  Later on when I got active in windsurfing I needed something for the winter months to stay in shape since I didn't compete in gymnastics any longer.  Bodybuilding found me after I had moved to the United States for a short time for work.  The owner of the gym I attended talked me into competing in a show he promoted.

Goal Within The Bodybuilding/ Fitness Industry   In the fitness industry, to be a positive role model for those wanting to take up a healthy lifestyle and to educate them in fitness.  In the bodybuilding industry, to represent Canada at the international level.

Life Goals   To be the best I can be and do the best I can in whatever I take on in life.

Dreams   To be able to do some traveling.

What is your Pre-contest Diet   It changes as I get closer to a show.

Breakfast:  protein shake or egg whites, oatmeal

snacks:  protein shake or bar or food

lunch:  Salad, tuna or chicken, sweet potato

dinner:  Salad, chicken, veggies

Supplements you use   protein powder, glutamine, multi vitamin, antioxidants

What is your Regular Diet, same?   Usually around the same but will have cheat meals on weekends.

Contest Work Out Routine:   Work out 4 days a week, 2 on 1 off, 2 on, 2 off.  Lifting as heavy as I can handle with good form.  Lots of cardio

Off season work out routine:   Work outs don't change too much from contest training.  Moderate cardio.
