What makes
a great fitness model ?
Knowing that you are the one to beat at everything. Knowing there
is no competition and understanding your connections and how to use them.
Knowing time is on your side and that there are many photographers
standing by that want to work with you badly!
What are
the secrets to become a fitness model?
Trial and error was the way
I learned , but now that I'm here , I'd say mirroring the ones you want to
be like . I know that mark wahlberg has done a lot of modeling in his
time with the body and fitness stuff. I follow his path at
times . See how he's on Men's Health
currently? That's a clue . Not gonna tell all
my secrets though. Haha
What did
you do to become a model?
I visualized a
lot , thought about how bad I wanted it , and
went for it! It took patience though , the
first 3 yrs , I did nothing!!!!!!!!
What are
the benefits to being a fitness model?
People look at you
different and ask you things more interestingly than normal. That's kinda
cool I guess.
What
is your favorite things about being a fitness
model?
One of my favorite things
about being a fitness model is the unknown about not knowing who is going
to contact me next . I like getting mail from
those that want me to sign a picture for them..
so very gratifying
How do you
stay beautiful?
I use a mask 2 times a
week , wash my face and use plenty of
moisturizer . I workout m-f for an hour and a half
How do you
stay fit?
I exercise hard and push
myself on the days I don't feel like being there! Photo shoots in the
future that are already booked tend to make me push myself more too.
How do you keep your skin
healthy?
Moisturizer!!! Everyday!
