Biography: I graduated in January, 2003
from the National Personal Training Institute in Florida with a
certification as a Master Personal Trainer and a Nutrition Consultant. In
addition, I am certified by the American Red Cross in Adult CPR. In an
effort to receive a well rounded knowledge in health and fitness, I
studied at the Massage Therapy Institute of Western Pennsylvania and
became nationally certified as a massage therapist in 2005.
Since February, 2003, I have been working and
continue to work with various fitness centers and private individuals. My
clientele includes people of all walks of life from students, athletes,
professionals, and families. Their goals range from weight loss, improved
athletic ability, muscle building, to looking and feeling great, to stroke
recovery to regain strength and balance.
My philosophy is to sit down with my potential
clients and discuss their goals to develop a strategy for a unique fitness
plan to help them achieve their goals. I stress good nutrition along with
aerobics, weightlifting, flexibility, safe and proper techniques and
dedication. My background lends me the ability to offer natural wellness
for the body and the mind.
My deepest desire is to help my clients reach their
goals in a safe and fun manner.

Career Highlights: I have helped my clients reach their goals
and had fun helping them. There is nothing more rewarding then the
ability to help someone change their life for the better.

Modeling history: I have model with the Barbizon School of
Modeling, in Pittsburgh, PA; Live Promotion for Yoo-Hoo and Pepsi
Challenge, and have modeled for a company for sales promotion on the
Internet.

Films: My senior year in high school I was offered an
opportunity to work in soap operas at a New York Modeling Convention. I
turned down the opportunity. Since the age of 15, my life has been geared
around fitness.
What makes a great fitness model? A fit beautiful body and a
passion for the field of fitness.
What are the secrets to become a fitness model?
First of all you have to have a look that says
“I believe in fitness”. I believe the secret to any goal is first set the
goal and take daily steps to work towards that goal. Perseverance,
determination and a mind set.
What did you do to become a model? I studied modeling at the
Barbizon School of Modeling in Pittsburgh. I love to feel good about
myself so I keep fit; I train hard and eat healthy.
What are the benefits to being a fitness model? I would love
the opportunity to become a fitness model to give you a true list of
benefits.
What is your favorite things about being a fitness model? Hope
to be able to tell you.
How do you stay beautiful? Eat well, train, take supplements,
massages, facials, have fun and rest.
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out,
what do you do? Since I am a Personal Trainer and a Nutrition
Consultant, I design my own workouts and diet.
How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking? I have
struggled with my skin because I work out a lot. I watch my diet, have
facials, keep my skin clean and tan.
What do you believe is good health and fitness? Total Body and
Mind Wellness.
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion? Tan
First Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding: I started lifting
weights when I was fifteen.

fitness model that enables the company or companies I represent to grow.
