8-I partcipate in Clubs festival,1rst place.
9-I won Mr.Egypt (amateurs),1st place.
and other local Egyptians local championships.In addition that I worked as a BodyBuilding coach for long time.

I was loving BodyBuilding very much, I saw some persons who encouraged me.

My health will be good. Body Building gives me self-confidence who any other non-bodybuilders seek for.

No I do not have a personal trainer and I try to keep myself with good nutrition, good rest and good training.

 

How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking?
with good nutrition with very little fat rate in order to make the body athletic shape. and certainly with good training.

 

What do you believe is good health and fitness?
Good health is should be with good nutrition, good rest and good training. As for Fitness also good nutriotion makes it .

Bearkfast:
10 Eggs whites,4 oz potatoes,2 pieces of bread,1 oz cheese and 1 cup of milk.
snacks:
Protein powder.
Lunch:
3 oz of meet, small plat of rice,salade,greep fruit and Banana.
Dinner:
2 tuna,Oatmeal and 1 piece of Bread.

 

Supplements you use:
whey protein,protein powder,amino acid and Gulomatine and creatine.I do not use Steriods.

 

What is your Regular Diet, same?
Breakfast:
2 pieces of bread,2 oz of chickens and 1 cup of juice.
Snacks:
Protein powder.
Lunch:
10 oz. Chicken, 2 cups salad
1.5 cups oats, 10 oz. sweet potato,
6 oz. banana, and 1-cup vegetables
 
2 scoops Muscle Provider,
1 tablespoon 100% Egg
in 16 oz. water
Dinner:
6 oz. can tuna plus 3 egg whites or 10 oz. cod;
2 cups asparagus
Contest Work Out Routine:
I train daily in times of championships.

 

Off season work out routine:

I train 4 days a week in offseason time.
