Biography:

Linda Cusmano is a Certified Elite Personal Trainer, choreographer, Fitness Competitor (Canadian Champion with CNBF pro card and many contest wins in other categories such as Figure, Bodybuilding, Obstacle and Strength), Fitness Model, Actress, Fitness Writer and Consultant.

Aside from her Personal Training, seminars, workshops and Fitness Contests Linda contributes articles for publications both online as well as to known magazines.

Linda’s specialties lie in Post Rehab (especially neck and back), Plyometrics and Sport Specific training (all sports plus bodybuilding, fitness, figure) and Fat loss.

Linda was born with Chronic Bronchial Asthma and severe allergies. Today these issues are much better dealt with but up to the 90s Linda was unable to keep active consistently.

Linda has been competing and modeling for over 10 years.  She is well known in the industry and coaches competitors toward their goals.

 

Career Highlights:

Various TV appearances and her Pro card achievement. 

 

Sports/ athletics:

Inline skating, dance, gymnastics, hiking, martial arts.

Love watching NHL (remember hockey?), futbol, car racing of all types from quarter mile to track, Olympics, and extreme sports.

 

Bodybuilding:

Competed in 2 naturals in 2001 with both 4th place wins.

have done many of these with 1st place to 3rd place wins.

bikini, lingerie, fitness.  Publications and print.

10 years of Fitness, Figure, Fitness Model, Obstacle, strength and bodybuilding contests.  Over 20 easy.

Contest Work Out Routine: 

6 day split, routine practice.

varies depending on my goals.  time off during these times since I go so hard for on season.

Favorite body part to work:   abs, biceps 

Ideal vacation:  being home with my dogs. 

Least favorite food  - peppers, cauliflower, meat.

Things I hate:  liars, users, scammers, viciousness, animal killers, fake, jealous and egotistical people. 

Things I love  - real and down to earth people, animal appreciators, feeling invincible like when i am fittest,  nature.

Favorite animals:  pitbulls, large cats, horses, zebras, can't choose, love them all. 

Favorite food:   East Indian Vegetarian curries like mutter paneer. 

Favorite movie:   action 

Favorite shoes:   comfy sneaker type but also love wearing contest heels.

Workout wear:   bluefish, nina bucci, brasil sol, triple 5 soul, tna, phat cat, juicy couture. 

Favorite Spots Team:  Canucks (the bums), Italian soccer team,  

Favorite thing to do:  spend time with my hubby and pets. 

Favorite diet food:  oatmeal 

 Favorite music:  dance, rap and hip hop 

Bits and Pieces:

Turn-ons:  tight abs, nice musculature on a man, sense of humor and sense of work ethic! 

Car I drive:   never mind, it sucks.  used to drive a sport car though!  will again! 

Favorite Dessert:  just one???  purdy peanut butter chocolate, fanny may mint meltaways, aero with caramel......

Favorite Nutritional Supplements, why:  magnesium, helps prevent migraines which I am prone to. 

Favorite Cardio Work out, why:  inline skating, dance, gymnastics, cuz I am good at them!! 

Favorite Cardio Equipment, why:  cross trainer, makes cardio so easy, like a holiday but with results. 

Favorite exercise equipment, why:  ab bench, great target workout for whole abs 

Favorite Exercise, why:  flag, not too many people can do them, famous by Bruce Lee and Sly Stallone.

can do stunts, any sport, martial arts, dance, basic gymnastics, not afraid of heights or water.
