Biography: In simple terms "FROM OBESITY TO ATHLETE". I have
lost 70 pounds, 30% body fat to become a competitor/fitness model.

Fitness Model, Competitor History: I have done photo shoots with
various photographers. I have made appearances in Max
Sports & Fitness and IronMan Magazine. I have competed twice and
made just under the top ten. I will be competing in Figure this year to
try and be a top 5 local girl.
Career Highlights: accomplishing my weight loss goal and dropping
to 7% body fat. Getting a two page layout in June 2005 Iron Man.
Sports/ athletics: track, weight lifting, spinning, gymnastics,
boxing, etc.
Figure: I have competed in The NPC Las Vegas Classic 2004 and The
NPC
Excalibur 2004. My shows this year are The Los
Angeles and Pacific in Culver City, CA.
Modeling history: magazines, promotional booths and various photo
shoots.

What makes a great fitness model? Determination, friendliness and
being outgoing.
What are the secrets to become a fitness model? TRAIN HARD, EAT FOR
PERFORMANCE AND NEVER STOP BELIEVING.
What did you do to become a model? Lost 70 pounds, 30% body fat and
have great trainers design my physique.
What are the benefits to being a fitness model? Lot's of attention-haha!
What is your favorite things about being a fitness model? Looking

feeling great about my body.
How do you stay beautiful? Hard work.
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out,
what do you do? I have three great trainers: Joanne Lee, Kim Oddo and
Stephen Bauer.
How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking? Wash my face
and get facials.
What do you believe is good health and fitness? Training regularly
and having fun doing it. Also, a balanced meal plan.
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion? I use mist on tan
because it takes the least amount of time without getting burnt.
First Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding- Monica Brant competing in
Fitness Olympia.
Goal Within The modeling/ Fitness Industry- To make the Figure
Olympia Stage and win, help others with their dreams, be on every magazine
and to reach my full potential by 40.
Life Goals-to be a supermodel, try acting, win Figure Olympia and
try amateur bodybuilding.
Dreams-already accomplished my big one.

Things I hate: dieting to the extreme of barely being able to lift,
negative people, people who judge others without knowing them and the
feeling that I'm the only one who cares about my show date.
Things I love: all my trainers, my boyfriend, my family, my
website, my new apparel and modeling.
Favorite animals: dog, tiger, lion, etc.
Favorite food: anything with lots of sugar and fat.
Favorite movie: any movie with Angelina Jolie
Favorite shoes: knee-high leather boots
Workout wear: brazil or wear made for us with great curves.
