what are the secrets to become a fitness model?

yourself and alllow your unique personality to come through
What did you do to become a model?
basically did a lot of shows and networked with
a lot of photographers. Placing in shows always helps too
What are the benefits to being a fitness model?
You
get good exposure and can get paid or get free pictures to add to your
portfolio
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out,
what do you do?
I maintain a clean
lifestyle of healthy food, exercise, little sun exposure all year. I also work
with Kim Oddo, a figure consultant in the industry for competitions
How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking?
I avoid sun exposure andmake sure to moisturize
my face during the day and before i go to bed. i also wear a high spf when i
leave my house

you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion?
If i feel white or pale, i will spray tan

What is your Pre-contest Diet

Breakfast: egg white and
oats

usually fish
Supplements you use: sometimes creatine and always glutamine
Contest Work Out Routine:
5 days of heavy
lifting and 5 days of 30 minute cardio sessions
Off season work out routine:
cardio only 4 times for 25 minutes
and the lifting is more strenuous
