Biography: I was born and raised in Sydney Australia. My parents
are Spanish and I speak fluent Spanish. I began training seriously with
weights at the start of 2003. I competed that same year and won the
WNSO-ANB National Figure Title. I have not looked back since. Apart from
training up for my next competition which will be a qualifier for the
Worlds in 2006, I also work as a Personal Trainer, TV Presenter, Writer
for Oxygen Magazine, Dancer and I am a mother of two!

What makes a great fitness model? Determination, professionalism,
honest,
healthy, passionate about fitness, true to heart.
What are the secrets to become a fitness model? Work hard, Train
hard,
Follow your dreams, Love life.
What did you do to become a model? I first began modeling after
my last
competition in 2003. Everything seemed to fall into place. I enjoyed my
first shoot with Gary Phillips and have not looked back. Can’t wait
until
the next one!
What are the benefits to being a fitness model?
Being able to inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle and setting an
example. I am also grateful to have top sponsors including ASN-Advanced
Sports Nutrition, Bikini Vamp, Fashion Brazil who support what
I do and help me in every possible way.
What is your favorite thing about being a fitness model?
I’m living my dream right now and enjoying every moment of it. All the
hard work and training has finally paid off.
How do you stay beautiful? I focus on how I feel inside. Being
happy with
who I am as a person makes me feel beautiful.
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out,
what do
you do?
I train by myself, usually 5-6 times per week and love it. I push myself
to train
hard and I strive for results every time. I eat healthy and consume
nutritious
foods every three-four hours. My meals consist of plenty of protein and
carbohydrates as well as fruit and veggies. I also take supplements.
How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking?
By eating well and moisturizing every day. I also drink plenty of water.
What do you believe is good health and fitness?
Regular training, meditation, good food, being around people and places
that make you happy.
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion?
I use tanning lotion but I also like spending time at the beach!!!
First Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding.
April 2003. A good friend of mine Steve Iacavone introduced me to
the sport. I don’t know how I could ever thank him enough. My life has
changed because of him. Thank you Steve!
Goal Within The modeling/ Fitness Industry.
Make it on the front cover of a leading Fitness Magazine and to
obtain my Pro Card.
Life Goals
Dreams: To continue to be happy with myself and to fall in love
with
someone who thinks and feels the same way I do.
What is your Pre-contest Diet. It changes from year to year
but I stick to a simple rule. Protein / reduced amount of carbs /
lots of veggies and plenty of water.
Breakfast: Egg whites, oats
snacks: Tuna and rice
lunch: Chicken and sweet Potato
dinner: Fish / chicken / beef and veggies
Supplements you use: X-Treme Cuts, X-Treme Energy, HP 100, Nano
Glutamine, Nano Creatine, Tribestanol, Multi Vitamin, Antioxidant.
What is your Regular Diet, same? Yes
Contest Work Out Routine: Weights 5-6 times per week,
Cardio 6 days per week for 30-45 minutes.
Off season work out routine: Varies. My aim is to constantly
shock the muscle.
