What makes a great fitness model? Discipline, confidence, and a passion
for fitness and nutrition.
What are the secrets to become a fitness model?
What did you do to become a model? I had some photos taken, signed with a
local Modeling Agency (which I'm not currently with anymore), and did a lot of
networking.
What are the benefits to being a fitness model?
What is your favorite things about being a fitness model?
How do you stay beautiful? Eat a healthy diet, exercise 5-6 days a week,
drink a lot of water, surround myself with positive quality people, and always
try to be positive, laugh, and smile.
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do
you do? I eat very healthy, and go to the gym or do some kind of physical
activity 5-6 day/week.
How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking? I never fall asleep
with make-up on, and I drink a lot of water.
What do you believe is good health and fitness? Feeling good about
yourself, eating a lot of vegetables, fruit, lean meats, drinking a lot of
water, and staying active.
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion? both...but I limit tanning
beds to maybe once a week.
First Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding: I stopped playing sports, but I
still wanted to stay active. I wanted to gain more muscle so I read a lot about
fitness and nutrition and found it very interesting.
Goal Within The modeling/ Fitness Industry: To get a new agent and work
as much as possible. I would also like to travel.
Life Goals: To stay happy and healthy, be success in the
modeling/fitness industry, be financially successful, give back to others, be
fluent in the french language, travel the world, and have a loving, happy, and
healthy marriage and family. I'd also like to finish getting my college degree.
Dreams: To be on the cover and magazines, have my own calander, and be
successful in life...career, financially, and family. I'd also love to
travel and help others.

Ideal Man: Tall, Athletic, good moral and family values, treats me like a
Princess, intelligent, HONEST, Trustworthy, has goals and ambitions in life and
strives to reach them, funny, outgoing, makes me feel special and important... I
can go on and on... :-)

Personality: Outgoing, fun, impatient
Things I hate: "Fake" people, Dishonesty, Bad/slow drivers, lack of
common sense, Negativity, Cold weather (being cold)...

Oprah, Having Fun, My Family, Sports, Socializing, Chicken (that is chicken
breasts, of course), my protein bar, My Friends..
Favorite animals: Wild Cats, Monkeys, and I find whales to be fascinating
and beautiful.

are a few I'm partial to...I just like to see a great, close game.

Favorite Cardio Work out, why: I like to run while listening to
great, upbeat music. I love the feeling when I finish.

doing it and the time flies by.
