Biography: Born in California but my home is New Zealand. Started mixed martial arts when I was 10, competed in point-tournaments and then in modeling competitions at age 16. Moved to Arizona in 1999 when I was 15 years old to go to college at Mesa Community. Graduated in 2003 and became licensed to sell Real Estate. Got my broker's license one year later and started a music business in 2005. Started Professional fitness modeling in July, 2005 and became a fitness instructor in November. Currently, I am training for a fight in Europe in April, 2006 and a cage fight on December 11th at Glendale Arena.

What makes a great fitness model? A person who is confident in what they do, who is serious about their profession but can also have a good time. Someone who has fallen down before but gets right back up and fights for what she/he wants.



What are the secrets to become a fitness model/Bodybuilder? Patience, patience, patience.....


What did you do to become a model? Because I luuuv to pose ;) I love the camera and have so much fun....it's acting too, and I love to act.


What are the benefits to being a fitness model/ bodybuilder? I think the biggest benefit is being a role-model for my little sisters. They watch me workout and eat properly and try to do the same. They know that because I am a fitness model, I am not lazy, I work hard and they do the same.....they are the most important thing to me.


What is your favorite things about being a fitness model/ bodybuilder? That I am healthy and happy and I love the compliments that people give me. I enjoy the photo shoots, and I relish in how you can almost design the way you want your body to look through exercise.


How do you stay beautiful? :) I'm beautiful? Good to know! I was fortunate to have my mum's genes...she's lovely and still looks awesome for her age.


How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do? I actually became a personal trainer on the 1st of November so I know how to maintain what I already have. I'm my own chef, I love to cook. Basically same thing, I eat good foods and I work out. And I change up my workout weekly, that's always important because everyone comes to that point where they hit a "wall" and their bodies need a different workout.


How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking? The food I eat is a big factor, because it shows on your face most of the time. I eat really well and love cardio because it opens my pores up and cleans my body of toxins....sounds gross, it works.


What do you believe is good health and fitness? Just that, taking care of your body and eating right. Not exercising too much, but enough to maintain a well-built physique. Being and FEELING healthy are most important. If you look great but are dying inside, what's the use?


Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion? Both, I don't really like tanning, because I don't want to damage my skin, but the lotions come off really easily and most smell funny.



First Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding: When I saw my first cage match at Rage in the Cage. I knew that I could be the best at that sport. I knew that I could get myself into top shape.


Goal Within The modeling/ Fitness Industry: To be on the cover of magazines, for my name to be known throughout the industry with respect. To be a fitness model icon for other women. I basically want to be a role-model for the younger generation.


Life Goals: Three of my goals were to become a Realtor, Broker and then Music Teacher...I've got licenses for all of those now....the only things left that I have ever wanted are to become a pro fighter and wrestler. I want my name to be known....

Dreams:

Pre-contest Diet: Salad and tuna, egg-whites, and chicken with rice

Breakfast , snacks, lunch, dinner: Protein bar, Special-K for a snack, Tuna and chicken for lunch. Rice, veggies and chicken for dinner.

Supplements you use: L-carnitine. It gives me that "boost" just when I feel weak when working out.

Regular Diet. I eat every two hours and choose between chicken, tuna, rice, protein bars, turkey or some sort of dairy, like eggs or cheeses.

Breakfast , snacks, lunch, dinner. Protein bar or shake, Special-K for lunch and tuna. snacks are usually protein bars or turkey. Dinner is chicken and rice.

Contest Work Out Routine: Four days of hard-core cardio (usually kick-boxing), two days of arms with free-weights, and one day of legs and abs. Tuna and protein bar diet.

Off season work out routine: Two days of legs, two days of cardio, and two days of arms with abs. Half hour devoted to each. I usually use free-weights and resistence machines


Favorite body part to work: My abs, I've got a nice lil' tummy, I like to work the hardest on it.

Ideal vacation: Maui, going with my best friend and just lying on the beach.

Least favorite food: Tuna, I had to go on a diet of the stuff for three months....die tuna, die!

Ideal Man: A man who I don't like at first, but then become friends with; who is there for me through hell and heaven and then who I eventually fall in love with.

Relationship Status: Happily taken by a duck

Personality: What's a personality? I'm blonde, this question is too hard to answer.

Things I hate: Pompus men, bad breath, someone who can't sparr and just slaps. Traffic, bad service.

Things I love:  Walks through the park (yup, really) my little sisters, my niece who smells like a diaper all of the time. My mum. Chocolate cake, exercise.

Favorite animals: Macaws and cockatoos

Favorite food: Turkey

Favorite movie: "Death Becomes Her."

Favorite shoes: My sandals from Payless

Workout wear: Underarmor-but watch out, it can make you smell nasty.

Favorite Spots Team: Um, since I don't watch 'those' kind of sports I will just say....my religious beliefs don't allow me to answer this question.

Favorite thing to do: Go to the shooting range then go sky-diving.

Favorite diet food: Diet Pepsi with LOTS of lemons

Favorite music: Rammstein, Sara Brightman, Enya, CJA, Tatu, 80's.


Turn-ons: Big muscles and cars (just kidding) Charisma, character, being intellectual, drive for the good things in life.

Car I drive: Red 2000 Dodge Stealth

Favorite Dessert: Oh, gosh, Chocolate Cake baby! With Ice-cream on top.

Favorite Nutritional Supplements, why: Power bars; because they are easy to carry and I know what I'm eating and how much.

Favorite Cardio Work out, why: Wrestling, I have so much fun doing it, I don't realize that I'm working out really hard.

Favorite Cardio Equipment, why: Stair Master-works my rump :)

Favorite exercise equipment, why: Free-weights. They can be used at so many different angles and I don't have to change the weight, like on a machine.

Favorite Exercise, why: Kickboxing, it works most of the muscle groups and is a hard-core fat burner



Special Skills: I can play the violin, piano and viola. I can sing and
dance. I am good at gymnastics. I can perform katas with the Chinese Sword.
