Sports/ athletics: I was very involved in gymnastics as a young
girl.
What makes a great fitness model? Reliability, maintaining great
shape all year round.
What are the secrets to become a fitness model? I can’t tell you
that; it’s a trade secret J
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out,
what do you do? I’ve reached a point where I know my body well enough
to train myself and do my off season diet.
What do you believe is good health and fitness? Having the ability
to be physically able to accomplish what’s important to oneself in one’s
day.
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion? Tanning lotion.
Goal Within The modeling/ Fitness Industry: I’d love to earn the
privilege to compete within the IFBB.
Life Goals : to raise happy, healthy, self sufficient daughters.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, eggs

minutes/day.
