Biography:
I was born and raised in
Southern Cal, lived in Montana and Washington for a 18 years and have been
back to central cal for the past 9 years...and I love it. I'm truely a
California girl. I was raised very traditional which I am very thank ful
for, I have great parents and 1 older brother who live in Montana,
and I have 2 sisters who both live in Texas, I am the middle sister. My
family is all very close even though we are all spread out. I was married
at 17 for 12 years and have 2 beautiful children from that marriage.
Heather is 22 living in Montana working for UPS, and Josh is 20 and is
in college at Liberty University in Virgina. I also have a 3 year old
Grandaughter, Dominique who I am raising....she is my greatest challenge
in my life at the moment! I'm also re-married to a great man, Lance, we've
been together for 9 years, he is a financial advisor and he is sooooo very
supportive of me and is always there for me no matter what. He lives the
life of a bodybuilder with me....what more could I ask for!!!
Career Highlights:
I have been a manicurist and
one time, but mostly Personal Training for the past 12 years.
Sports/athletics: Bodybuilding: I started weight training in 1989 when I
was 19....I was immediately hooked. I was always seeking that perfection,
well lifting weights
gave me an open door to acheive goals that I never imagined. I was
dedicated, motivated and persistant from day one. I always wanted to be
the best and had that competitive spirit to always improve. I love this
sport and have a great respect for everyone who competes in it....there's
a special bond between bodybuilders like no other....we are the extreme
and share the focus, diligence and outrageous dieting. We compete with
ourselves...yes we want to win contests....but it goes much much deeper
than that....we live and breathe the sport. I am thankful that God put me
in the right place at the right time where my passion grew for
bodybuilding.
