What makes a great fitness model?
A handsome face with a muscular body with little body fat. You must have
great body symmetry.
What are the secrets to become a
fitness model? Hard work in the gym and a very strict diet. Dieting is
the key to get you to the next level.
What did you do to become a
model? The challenge of it. It takes a lot of physical and mental power
to achieve great results.
What are the benefits to being a
fitness model? Don’t know yet. If I had to guess I would say the
satisfaction of knowing you are at an elite level of fitness. Also maybe
a little money:)
What is your favorite things
about being a fitness model? I think it would be knowing I made it and
inspiring others.
How do you stay beautiful?
Wouldn’t say beautiful, but I would say it take a lot of time and
energy. There is not much time for breaks if you plan on staying fitness
model ready.
How do you stay fit, do you have
a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do? I am a personal
trainer, so I plan out all my own workouts. I try to always mix things
up in the gym. I do a lot of different types of workouts always trying
to challenge myself. As far as diet I just try to keep a high protein
low sugar diet.
How do you keep you skin healthy
and fresh looking? Wearing sunscreen
What do you believe is good
health and fitness? Working out cardio or lifting and maintaining a
healthy diet.
Do you prefer to tan or use
tanning lotion? Spray on tans seem to work best for me.

started asking me if I was training for a bodybuilding show.

What is your Pre-contest Diet
Breakfast: Eggs
snacks: fruit
lunch: any type of high protein low
carb meals. A lot of meat, fish and protein shakes.
dinner: Same as above
Supplements you use CLA, Flax
oil, No-explode, yohimbie, green tea and caffeine.
What is your Regular Diet, same?
Same as above. Just not as strick.

Contest Work out Routine: A lot
of drop sets and working out 2x a day 6 days a week for only 30minutes
at a time. I work out twice a day because the less body fat I have the
quicker I seem to get sick. An hour long workout seems to demolish my
immune system.
Off season work out routine: 5-6
days a week. Completely changing things up every 2 months.
