bodybuilder? Learned everything I could about the sport of bodybuilding
and physiology/nutrition.
What are the benefits to being a
bodybuilder? Health, energy, self-esteem
What is your favorite things about
being a bodybuilder? You get out of it what you put in.
What is your secret to
bodybuiling?
How do you stay fit, do you have a
personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?
Do you prefer to tan or use
tanning lotion? I have fair skin, so I only tan when it is necessary
before a contest.

5 or 6 meals per day. High
protein. Stay away from processed foods. Chicken, egg whites, oatmeal,
vegetables, etc.

same? More varied, less strict.
Contest Work Out Routine:
Day 1 Chest, Biceps
Day 2 Back, Calves
Day 3 Shoulders, Triceps
Day 4 Quads Hams
Day 5 off
Day 6 repeat
Abs daily, up to 2 hours of cardio daily
Off season work out routine:
Working every major muscle group once per week. 30 min cardio most days
of the week
