Biography:
I've always been involved in sports since I could walk. I started off
playing soccer, gymnastics, basketball, Little League baseball (being
the only female holding my ground versus the boys), and whatever else my
parents stuck me in to keep my busy. As I got older I was more involved
with volleyball, track, and basketball all year round, which eventually
helped me landed a basketball scholarship to a junior college. From
there I finished my degree and also picked up rugby of all sports! I
LOVED IT!! (and still do for that matter!!) I was chosen, at the
time, to try out for the National Northeast Under 23 team, and followed
that up with playing amongst the best of the Cornell alumni women's
rugby team. After graduating and jumping around quite a bit, I landed an
entry level business job in Brooklyn, NY. 9/11 comes and goes and as I
found myself "last hired, first.." well, ya know. It was a blessing in
disguise as I found that I'm not really one for the corporate work. So I
took that time to really think about what I wanted to do. I decided that
since I was working out anyway, just to stay mentally sane, why not
get paid for being in the gym?! So about 7 years later, that's how my
career as a personal trainer began. Now I'm much more
serious about what I do, as I am the first one you'll meet who
practices what I preach! I don't know how exactly it started but I
started to do some photo shoots and realized how much I LOVE being in
front of the camera!! Why? I don't know, but it's such a great
feeling. My most recent "accomplishment" was finally caving in and
competing in my first figure show in Miami Beach.

What makes a great
fitness model: Someone who practices what they preach &
uses their fame in a positive manner, humbles, and keeping an open mind!
What are the
secrets to becoming a fitness model: Discipline,
desire, consistency, and the same as above
What did you do to
become a model?: I honestly changed my diet and started
working out with a mission & purpose in mind.
What are the
benefits of being a fitness model? The advantage of knowing
more people in the industry who allow you to go farther in the direction
that you want= hook ups!
What are your
favorite things about being a fitness model? Just being
consistent with my work outs and having the body that I love while
continuing to improve.
How do you stay
beautiful? I try to get the sleep in but it doesn't always
happen! Otherwise, the hydration, vitamins, high protein & fiber along
with the veggies all the time! I'm always sure to use the moisturizers
and work out!
How do you stay
fit? I do have a nutritionist who I owe my body to;
otherwise just like I answered the question above.
How do you
keep your skin healthy and fresh looking? Moisturizer at
night & in the late p.m., WATER!, eat as well as I can. boring- I know:)
What do you
believe is good health & fitness? A true balance & doing
what works for you along with professional guidance
Do you prefer to
tan or use tanning lotion? mm...for the most part tanning
lotion. I don't want to be old w/ alligator skin!
First interest in
Fitness/Bodybuilding: I don't know when exactly but I
remember being so impressed with Janet Jackson's body when her Velvet
Rope cd first came out. I wanted those abs & arms sooo badly; I should
add Madonna's arms were always impressive.
Goal within the
modeling/fitness industry: I really like to look fit for my
own well being/mental sanity; however, I would love to endorse a product
either through catalogue/clothing/commercials, etc.
Life Goals:
To own a house; eat out & not worry about how much $ I spent; be able to
splurge on whatever and not stress about it. happiness & health
Dreams:
All the crazy hours & hard work pay off in a financial way and then
everything coming full circle.
What is your
Pre-contest Diet:
breakfast: shake or whites -omelets
snacks: shake
lunch: shake/fish salad or white omelet
dinner: same choices as above
Supplements you use: Vitamin Shoppe Dutch
Chocolate puddings as mentioned above, CLA, DHEA, Mutli- oil, nothing
really special!
What is your
regular diet, same?:
breakfast: FIber1/protein pancake, oatmeal w/whey, white omelet,
cheese
w/ blueberries
snacks: shake
lunch: fish/beef/chick or shake
dinner: same as lunch
Contest Work Out Routine: heavy as I can doing 1
muscle a day, 2-3 hrs cardio/day
Off season work out routine: it's more about the
dieting! Strength training 5 days/wk, sleep as much as I can (4-5 hrs!),
cardio before breakfast

Favorite body part to work: toss up between shoulders
& legs
Ideal vacation: someplace sunny/warm, gym nearby,
cheaper, and reeelaxing!
Least favorite food: mm...that's a tough one
Ideal man: taller than me, FIT/CUT, into sports, the
usual characteristics that females want, lives near me, best friend/
friendship first, true to himself & believes in GOD

personality: I'm energetic/blunt/honest/can be
feisty!

part
Things I love: mutual hook- ups, POSITIVE energy,
