model?
Dedicated, professional
and determined person with the strive to give it there all.
What are the secrets to become
a fitness model?
Diet - Eating healthly
with regular workouts are important aswell as having the
determination and stamina to work hard to achieve the goals you
want.
What did you do to become a
model?
I started healthy eating and
regular workouts, I lost over a stone and half.
What are the benefits to being
a fitness model?
You are aware of looking
after your body and you see the fantastic results you get when
achieving those goals
What is your favorite things
about being a fitness model?
That I feel healthly which I
think is the main thing, and im happy with my shape and size. I love
having photo shoots and achieving great results.
How do you stay beautiful?
Diet, exercise and beauty
regime. Looking after your skin is a key to looking youthful,
radient and fresh. I cleanse, tone and moisturise every night as
well as exfolilating on a weekly basis.
How do you stay fit, do you
have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?
I street dance, Take part in a
Body Combat and Yoga/Pilates class as well as going on my X Trainer
at home. I also walk everywere.
How do you keep you skin
healthy and fresh looking?
Always remove make up at
night, cleanse, tone and moisturise.
What do you believe is good
health and fitness?
A good fitness regime that
fits around your life, Good healthy diet, and positive attitude.
Do you prefer to tan or use
tanning lotion?
I use tanning otion on a regular
basis, however I do also use the sunbeds prior to a modelling shoot.

My goal is to become a
professional model, To model for a well-established agency gaining
excellent contracts and appearing in many magazines.

Breakfast: Fruit smoothie
consisting of banana, apple and raspberrys or Ceral with fruit juice
snacks: Peppermint tea, low fat
cerel bars, Seasme Seed Rivita, nuts
lunch: Fresh salad with lean Ham
or Chicken. Or Lean meat in Pitta bread
dinner: Lean meat, potatoes and
vegetables.
