Biography:
I am
a Vietnamese American who recently moved to Brussels, Belgium for work
and I love it here. I am very fitness minded and compete in physique
shows.
In
addition to my activities above, I am a Structured Finance Analyst for a
Fortune 100 international financial services company, working in their
European Treasury Center out of Brussels. I have a BBA with dual major
in Management Information Systems and Management, MS in Finance, and an
MBA, all from the University of Michigan. Prior to my career in
Finance, I was a UNIX Systems Administrator specializing in CAD/CAE
environments. Throw me some numbers, code, or anything that requires
analytics and I'm happier than a pig in mud.

Perseverance and treat it like a business.

model? Network with those
in the industry, compete in physique shows, and learn the craft of
modeling by working with many photographers.

fitness model? Recognition
& respect for the hard work and goes beyond being a “typical model”,
becoming a motivator for others to achieve their goals.

Inspiring those around you and
networking with lots of folks with the same interest. It’s a very
welcoming community
How do you stay beautiful?
This sounds like a loaded
question, LOL.
How do you stay fit, do you have
a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?
I have a personal trainer that I work
with in Belgium and I also work with Mike Davies from the Fitness
Factory remotely.
How do you keep you skin healthy
and fresh looking? Washing
my face every night, drinking lots of water, oil free lotions, and
benzoil peroxide.
What do you believe is good
health and fitness?
Do you prefer to tan or use
tanning lotion? Jan-Tana
tanning products all the way! I’m learning as I get older to try to
take care of my skin more.
First
Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding:
I purchased my first Oxygen mag years
ago and was in awe at the women and how they were realistically
achieving their goals in a healthy way.
Goal Within The modeling/
Fitness Industry: My goal
is twofold: 1) To continue the fitness lifestyle by training/competing
in more physique shows and 2) to further my modeling activities in the
fitness world by representing the fit, educated, ambitious woman niche
who are positive role models for others.

What is your Pre-contest Diet
Breakfast: Oatmeal, 3 egg whites,
1 whole egg.
snacks: Fish, green beans,
asparagus.
Meal 1: chicken, egg whites.
Meal 2: chicken, egg whites.
Meal 3: oatmeal, chicken, egg
whites.
Meal 4: fish, egg whites.
Meal 5: Oatmeal, steak, egg
whites.
Meal 6: Protein shake.
Supplements you use:
Multi-vitamin, glutamine, fish
oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Calcium, B-complex, protein powder.
What is your Regular Diet, same?
I have lots more fruits and veggies
added to my diet. I’ll eat rice and sometimes bread as well. In
general I try to eat as “close to nature” as possible.
Contest Work Out Routine:
5 days a week. 2x/day
interval style cardio (45 min each session) + a 5 day split weight
training. 2-3 kinds of supersets and short rests between each. Min 3
sets and between 6 – 12 reps going very heavy.
Off season work out routine:
Cardio 3-4x/week, 4 day
weight training split. The training method is the same as contest prep.

Sunshine with a bit of beach and culture.
Least favorite food:
I’ll eat it all, haha

and IQ. All in all, a well-rounded person who is presentable to the
parents.

People who try to slow you down and
those who are too proud to admit when they are wrong.

Family, people with diverse
backgrounds, fitness, gourmet coffee, stiletto heels, dancing with my
girlfriends, learning something new, and discovering the nooks and
crannies of beautiful earth.

French Bulldogs

Anything Vietnamese… Pho is especially fantastic.

The Red Violin.
Favorite shoes: I
have 70+ pairs… hard to narrow it down ;)
Workout wear:
Old school dolphin shorts and a wife beater.
