GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP EVERY NIGHT, EATING HEALTHY ( NO JUNK FOOD AND LOTS
OF VEGGIES) DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER, CONTROLLING STRESS ( STRESS IS
REALLY HARMFUL TO YOUR BODY)
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out,
what do you do? I USED TO HAVE A PERSONAL TRAINER A WHILE AGO, BUT
NOW I PRETTY MUCH DO MY OWN THING.. I EAT 5 MEALS A DAY INCLUDING 2
PROTEIN SHAKES, I DO NOT EAT JUNK FOOD, I DON'T EAT CARBS AFTER 6PM, I
DRINK AMINO ACIDS WHILE I'M DOING MY WORKOUT, I DRINK LOTS OF WATER, AND
I TRY TI STAY AWAY FROM SUGARS.
How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking? I DRINK TONS
OF WATER AND I GET FACIALS EVERY 3-4 WEEKS=)
What do you believe is good health and fitness? EATING RIGHT,
