started competing in last November. I’ve been doing 5 competition since
and won 4 of them and placed second at another won.

I am a massage therapist and also studied in kinesiology.

I’ve been competing in track and field for almost 8 years. A knee injury
stopped me from competing

I’m slowly starting to model. I have calendar and magazine projects coming

fitness model? A fresh look, athletic body, gorgeous smile and healthy

What are the secrets
to become a fitness model? Confidence, charisma, marketable,
accessible
What did you do to
become a model? I try to do has much has contest that I can to get
the maximum exposure and for others to see me. And a nice website and nice
pictures
What are the benefits
to being a fitness model? Travel, meet people, rewarding after all
the efforts you put in the gym, sponsors…
What is your favorite
things about being a fitness model? I get to meet people and doing the
thing that passionate me most: fitness and model!
How do you stay
beautiful? You are what you eat. Water, fresh vegetables, no alcohol.
I train 6 times a week. And more then anything I am passionate about life
and is full of happiness…that’s what make me beautiful
How do you stay fit,
do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do? I
have a personal trainer who tells me what to eat and what to do in the
gym. I make my own meals and try to be original!
How do you keep you
skin healthy and fresh looking? Exfoliate and put cream. Avoid the
sun.

is good health and fitness? ?
Do you prefer to tan
or use tanning lotion? I use spray tan for a natural look
