How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?  I am extremely driven and self motivated, and I have a training partner to challenge me.
 
 
How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking?  Keep it cleaned, hydrated and ex foliated.
 
 
What do you believe is good health and fitness?  Daily exercise of some form and lots of fresh fruits, veggies and plenty of meat!
 
 
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion?  Lotion, less wrinkles that way.
 
 
 First Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding  I saw my first bodybuilding competition when I was 7 or 8 and I was hooked ever since!

What is your Pre-contest Diet
Breakfast:  protein shake with raw yolk and egg whites, fruit
 
snacks:  beef jerky, carrots, fruit of any kind except bananas
 
 lunch:  tuan salad
 
dinner:  chicken breast , broccoli
 
Supplements you use  Glutamine!   Omega 3 oils, coconut oil, manganese.
 
What is your Regular Diet, same?
Breakfast:  Protein shake, shredded wheat cereal
 
snacks:  cottage cheese with fruit
 
 lunch:  tuna or cheese sandwhich or other meat
 
dinner:  salad with avocado, spaghetti or meat dish
 
Contest Work Out Routine: 1.5 hours of cardio and 1 hour a day 4 x a week intense weight training
 
 
Off season work out routine:  30 to 45 min. on the stair mill 3 x a week, weights 3 times a week , hiking  3 times a week.
