Blazer magazine, cocktail waitress, fitness model for the "Steel
Bow" and personal trainer.

Eating clean, being happy and training intensely.

have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do? I am
extremely driven and self motivated, and I have a training partner
to challenge me.

healthy and fresh looking? Keep it cleaned, hydrated and ex
foliated.

health and fitness? Daily exercise of some form and lots of
fresh fruits, veggies and plenty of meat!

competition when I was 7 or 8 and I was hooked ever since!

Breakfast: protein shake with raw
yolk and egg whites, fruit
snacks: beef jerky, carrots,
fruit of any kind except bananas

1.5 hours of cardio and 1 hour a day 4 x a week intense weight

30 to 45 min. on the stair mill 3 x a week, weights 3 times a
week , hiking 3 times a week.
