What makes a great fitness
model? Determination, and the will to always look your best
What are the secrets to become
a fitness model? Mental Commitment, solid diet, and a great
exercise routine.
What did you do to become a
model? Started going to shows, strict diet, intensified my
exercise routines, and put myself out there.
What are the benefits to being
a fitness model? Your body is your temple, and this forces you
to keep your temple in good health.
What is your favorite things
about being a fitness model? Knowing my body is where it needs
to be, or knowing how to get where I want my body.
How do you stay beautiful?
Plenty of water, a healthy diet, cardio, boxing, and weight
routines.
How do you stay fit, do you
have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do? I box 4
or 5 nights a week with Pro Boxing Trainer Tommy Yankello, I try to
do cardio whenever I get a chance, and I lift 4-5 days a week. I
also follow a very healthy diet with low carb ( only eating complex
carbs) lean protein and veggies.
How do you keep you skin
healthy and fresh looking? Lots of water! Also proteins like
salmon and tuna have great omega vitamins to help.
What do you believe is
good health and fitness? Following a healthy diet, at least 30
minutes of cardio a day, and just staying active,
feeling fit and healthy is key.
Do you prefer to tan or use
tanning lotion? I use Neutrogena Instant Bronzer Foam....keep a
nice glow without the wrinkled old bag look in 20 years.
First
Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding:
I first got interested around my junior year in high school...I just
was starting to lose my pre teen metabolism, and I wanted that
baby fat gone.
Goal Within The modeling/
Fitness Industry: I would like to become a known fitness model,
win a competition or two, and pursue my boxing career.
Life Goals: Anything that
makes me happy. Why pursue anything if it won't make you happy in 10
years.
Dreams: I would love to
become a top pin up or fitness model...just something about the
energy of seeing yourself on a calendar on someone's wall.
What is your Pre-contest Diet
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with
Splenda brown sugar, 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites with mozzarella
cheese
snacks: sugar free chocolate
pudding, with pumpkin flaxseed granola sprinkled on top, or almonds
lunch: usually a turkey spinach
wrap with veggies, or lean protein and greens
dinner: more lean protein and
veggies
Supplements you use- Lipo
6, or LEAN, CQ-10, & Flaxseed Oil
What is your Regular Diet,

Breakfast: Same as above
snacks: Same with some triscuits
with hummus, or prunes

dinner: same but all with lowered
sodium and fat
Contest Work Out Routine:
45 min of cardio 5 days a week. Boxing 4 nights a week, and weights
5 nights a week
Off season work out routine:
30 hour of cardio 2-3 times, with one hour session, still box 4
nights, and lifting 3 nights a week

anything with a beach

cottage cheese...eh I hate it

Hmm I can be really goofy, or very serious. Surprisingly very lazy
at times, but at the same time a gym rat. Beware of my temper though
haha.

liars, all around lazy people, smokers, and failing.
