I am originally from Russia, Moscow. I
came to Az in 1997. I graduated from ASU with finance and marketing
degree. However, I ended up being in fitness industry. Love it!!!
Fitness Model, Competitor History: Competed in 3 fitness modeling
shows including Fame and FAS-Net (now America’s Fittest Model-AFM)
Career Highlights:
Competed in March 2007 with AFM and
took 3rd place. Competed in April 2008 and took 2nd
place. Personal trainer since 2006. Modeled active wear for Femme
Athletics on May 3rd, 2008.

What is your favorite things
about being a fitness model?
Staying fit, healthy and beautiful. It
also makes me feel great when I can share my fitness experience with
other people. It also good to know that you are an inspiration for many
people.
How do you stay beautiful?
Exercising, eating clean
and taking care of myself. However, most important is that I feel
beautiful and confident inside and outside.
How do you stay fit, do you have
a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?
I have a personal trainer three times
a week. In addition, I do my cardio 3-4 times a week. I eat balanced
food most of the time. “Eat-clean diet” book by Tosca Reno keeps my diet
balanced, nutritional and never boring. I eat 5-6 times a day, every
two hours. I always keep healthy snacks handy if I don’t have access to
food. Also, before I go out, I’d have a snack. This keeps me away from
over eating at the restaurant. And of course, no alcohol!!!
How do you keep you skin healthy
and fresh looking? I make
sure I eat clean. As the saying goes: “Your face and skin are direct
reflections of your stomach.” In addition, I do facials on monthly basis
and clean and hydrate my skin before bed.
What do you believe is good
health and fitness? Balance
is the key. I don’t believe in diets. I believe in healthy life style
which makes you look and feel beautiful.
Do you prefer to tan or use
tanning lotion? I’d only
use these things if I’m competing. Otherwise, I prefer the sun and
outdoor activities.
