I make health and fitness a
lifestyle 12 months out of the year. I eat clean and I eat healthy. I

At my age tanning in the sun is bad for my skin. I have a professional
air brush sprayer that sprays on color for a show or competition.
First Interest
in Fitness: I went to a

grew 7 inches in college. So in 1994, I had three sons 6, 5 and 3 and
was carrying body fat from my kids. On a dare some of my teammates dared
me to enter a fitness competition. Well That first show was in Florida,
the Galaxy in January 1995. I got hooked and 13 years later I am not at
76 fitness and figure shows to date.
