What makes a great
fitness model? Along with a great face and physique, I think
that a great personality and is what makes a great fitness
model.
What are the secrets to
become a fitness model?
What did you do to
become a model? Actually modeling found me, and I am
definitely glad that it did.
What are the benefits to
being a fitness model? One of the benefits of being a
fitness model are that you actually become an inspiration for
all of those people that are trying to stay healthy by getting
fit.
What is your favorite
things about being a fitness model? Everything, I absolutely
love being in front of the camera, also meeting all of the
interesting and new people along the way.
How do you stay
beautiful? I constantly keep my skin moisturized, “Be nice
to your skin, and your skin will be nice back.”
How do you stay fit, do
you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?
When It comes to my diet, I try not to eat too many carbs, don’t
get me wrong I still eat some carbs, but my diet does consist of
a lot of protein. I also snack in between meals, to keep my
metabolism working. My snacks consist of fresh fruits and
veggies. As for My workout, I do about thirty minutes of cardio,
and then I hit the weights, and after the weights I do anywhere
from ten to twenty more minutes of cardio to get the blood
pumping to the muscles that I just worked..
How do you keep you skin
healthy and fresh looking?
What do you believe is
good health and fitness? I believe that good health and
fitness consists of eating a healthy diet and maintaining a
workout regimen that works for your body.
Do you prefer to tan or
use tanning lotion? I prefer to use a tanning lotion because
the sun can be very damaging to your skin.
