Biography:
I was born in Hong Kong, and
moved to the States at the age of 6. I have always been very
athletic and active. Junior high is when I started cheering,
which I continued throughout high school. It was always when
I started dancing too. Because of how active and physical
cheer and dance is, I had to workout on a daily basis. I was
in the gym 2 hours a day, sometimes 4 hours. Treadmills,
bicycles, inner/outer thigh workouts, tricep/bicept
workouts, and ab workouts are what I focused on the most.
Until this day, I am still dancing; I dance almost 15 hours
a week. With as much cardio as I get, I am not very strict
with my eating habit. I eat almost anything and everything I
want; I love food too much to restrict myself from anything!
Again, with as much dancing as I do, I do not hit the gym
anymore. Instead, I just rely my cardio on my dancing and I
will just warm-up with crunches, push-ups, and tricep
workouts before I dance.
The style of dancing I do is very physical, requiring a lot
of body control and body awareness. I started with jazz,
modern, and lyrical, and now I do mostly choreography
hip-hop and break. But my body shape also has a lot to do
with my genes naturally; I have always had broad shoulders,
toned arms, and muscular legs. Without doing much, I have a
gymnast-type body and the dancing just helps keep me in
shape and toned.

What makes a great fitness model?
A
fitness model requires a toned/muscular body. The model
should inspire others to get in shape and be active. The
model should also inspire others to lead a healthy life,
whether it’d be changing their eating habits, or adding
physical activities to their daily lives. A great
fitness model should also know how to show off or flex
different parts of her body and have good body
awareness.
What are the secrets to become a fitness
model?
No secrets… just have to know what works for one’s body
and health.
What did you do to become a model?
Networking is the key to success. I also took every
opportunity that comes my way. I rarely turn down
projects or photoshoots… unless it is something I am not
comfortable doing. Exposure is also very important; you
have to let people know your face, who you are, and what
you do.
What are the benefits to being a fitness
model?
Inspire others to stay in shape and lead a healthy
lifestyle.
What is your favorite things about being
a fitness model?
Hmm… this would be my first fitness modeling project! So
I’m not quite sure yet!
How do you stay beautiful?
I stay HAPPY!
Happiness makes one smile; nothing is more beautiful
than a sincere smile of HAPPINESS!
How do you stay fit, do you have a
personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?

DANCE, DANCE, AND DANCE!!
How do you keep you skin healthy and
fresh looking?
Sleep & H2O… definitely too things I do get enough of!
What do you believe is good health and
fitness?
Good health and fitness to me is providing your body
what it needs to function properly and happily. Feeding
it the right nutrients and vitamins will keep your body
healthy. Giving your body enough physical activities to
keep your organs, bones, and muscles working healthily
will provide the right type of fitness to keep your body
in shape as well.
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning
lotion?
I
use instant spray on tans!
First
Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding
I’ve been into fitness ever since I became self
conscious with my body. I wanted to stay in shape, and
needing all the energy to dance everyday keeps me
NEEDING to stay active.

Industry
I
just enjoy modeling… I don’t see it as a job or career.
But I want to be recognized for my hardwork from day 1…
and be featured in a magazine!
Life Goals: To be happy and successful and be able to
