goal driven, and have a passion for fitness and nutrition.
What is your favorite things about being a fitness model?
It forces you to stay in shape :)
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work
out, what do you do?
I'm a qualified personal
fitness trainer, and train myself.. Also enjoy cooking up a
storm in the kitchen.. You just need a little self discipline,
and a goal.
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion?

Favorite body part to work:
Shoulders and biceps.
I find that they're the easiest
muscle groups to stimulate and focus on, and being scrupulous
with your form will always guarantee you results.
Things I hate:
Cigarette smoke; people who are always late; an untidy home.
Things I love:
My
family; dinning out; 70% dark chocolate; crunchy oat cookies; a
clean and tidy home.
Favorite food: Lamb
shank, creamed spinach, chocolate coated crunchy cookies, warm
chocolate brownies with vanilla ice-cream, and pizza with every
conceivable topping.
Favorite movie: "Pride
and Prejudice"
Workout wear: Nike
Air Pegasus running shoes, Ninetyeightdegrees tops and black
leggings.

Cable machine.. You can do so
much with it.
Favorite Exercise, why:
Standing barbell curls and leg
curls. The eccentric contraction always furnishes the muscles
with an intense burn, which lingers well after training them.
