Biography:
I am originally from Romania.
Growing up in a very athletic family (my father an Olympic Judo coach
and my mother is a Gymnastics
coach) I started in sports and Rhythmic Gymnastics at a very young age.
I competed for about 15 years in National and International competitions
winning prizes and awards and I loved every minute of it.

What makes a great fitness
model? A healthy, athletic body, Beautiful face, smile and
personality
What are the secrets to
become a fitness model? Great personality, confidence,
loyalty....and a lot of hard work!!!
What did you do to become
a model? Worked hard to be in shape, keep the shape at all times and
be ready for photo shoots, shooting with different photographers,
having pictures, materials and market myself
What are the benefits to
being a fitness model? Always being in shape, traveling in the most
exotic places imaginable, meeting great people
What is your favorite
things about being a fitness model? Working hard to stay fit and
then seeing the results when you look at your pictures
How do you stay beautiful?
Be a happy person! I think that is what makes you beautiful. But eating
healthy and exercising HELPS a lot!!
How do you stay fit, do
you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?
I do have a personal trainer
that tell me how to train and motivates me in the gym. I work out 5
times a week, mostly weight training, but I also do cardio. Outdoors is
may favorite. My husband is my chef and he cooks for me all the time.
How do you keep you skin
healthy and fresh looking? I love the beach...so I love the sun, but
I am trying to protect my skin from the sun as much as possible using
sunscreen, drinking lots of water and using moisturizing products.
What do you believe is
good health and fitness?
Do you prefer to tan or
use tanning lotion? I tan once in a while but I prefer the mystic
tan.
First Interest In
Fitness/Bodybuilding : Long time ago when I first saw a live fitness
show
Goal Within The modeling/
Fitness Industry : To place in the top 5 in my first fitness show
and then start winning!!! I want to see my pictures in all the fitness
magazines.
